Your mission</b></h3><p>
Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>
Support development of Systems Completion Database (Hexagon Smart Completions) to ensure that completion testing and verification for interfaces and tie-ins are included in the testing program and that ownership of the interface testing is established (i.e. who is going to do it is known and ownership agreed).</li><li>
Assist EPC contractors with developing system completion plans and ensure that these plans are meeting the intent of project specifications about engineering deliverables during detailed design phase. Lead the review and approval process for the Systems Completion Plan, with primary focus on 1.0MMBD contractor during detailed design phase.</li><li>
Support site commissioning teams in fabrication yards and at site with critical activities and regularly inspect equipment and systems with focus on interfaces and tie ins.</li><li>
Actively assist 1.0MMBD contractor to identify commissioning interfaces between 1.0MMBD contractor and key Module or other suppliers and ensure that any technical interface issues are raised early. Identify temporary commissioning interfaces that will be needed during the commissioning phase of the project at site and ensure those are being addressed (e.g. temporary blinds, vents, drains, electrical power, etc).</li><li>
Support UZ1.0MMBD Commissioning Manager with staff work, including generation of draft weekly reports, progress tracking, key issue updates. Stands in for Commissioning Manager during leaves.</li><li>
Follow project through to the Provisional Acceptance of final UZ1.0MMBD facilities. With extensive time spent offshore during construction and commissioning phase.</li><li>
Integrate Advanced Work Packages (AWP) and Systems Completion system / sub-system tracking.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>

Maintenance Technician - Rotating Equipment</b></p><p>
Job Purpose:</p><ul><li>
Act as a Permit Performing Authority to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the<br>
Permit to Work process and company requirements.</li><li>
Provide the Mechanical Supervisor with analysis and comment on maintenance opportunities and risks<br>
in order to improve business performance.</li><li>
Provide visible leadership to personnel to ensure maintenance targets are met.</li><li>

fostering collaboration across the organization.</li><li>

Carry out repairs to mechanical equipment and perform preventatve maintenance.</li><li>
Contribute to identifying improvements in planned maintenance routines.</li><li>

Your profile</b></h3><p>
Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).</p><p>
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil &amp; gas processing or petrochemical plants.</p><p>
You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication</p><p>
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Manpower Coordinator</b></p><ul><li>
Operational</li><li>
Schedule planning and Dawinci System updates.</li><li>
Prepare, update &amp; maintain work schedule for employees and Contractors/consultants offshore.</li><li>
Handling of all tasks related to Contractors.</li><li>
Support and ensure travel for offshore personnel is arranged (flight, hotel, QP pass, visa and exits). Ensuring the best possible service is provided by being on time and obtaining the best possible travel schedule when following Company procedures.</li><li>
Coordinate inductions and mobilizations for all personnel.</li><li>
Co-ordinate and arrange training of personnel.</li><li>
Securing heli bookings for offshore personnel and Consultants whenever required while maintaining a clear overview of heli bookings for scheduled personnel and consultants.</li><li>
Keep track of QP pass, medical certificates validity and all mandatory POB system requirements.</li><li>
Book stand by hours for contractors/consultants.</li><li>
Prepare and circulate end of the month man hour summaries to respective manpower companies to raise invoice.
</li><li>Administration and coordination of offshore operational requests.<br>
Effective management of manning company and maintain work relationship</li><li>
Participation in Duty roster.</li><li>
The operational elements in the position requires 24/7 mindset.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Your profile</b></h3><p>
Ideally, you will have graduated with a minimum of higher secondary school education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).</p><p>
&middot;Minimum 4 years&rsquo; experience within administration. &middot;Minimum 5 years of experience working with rigging and lifting tasks, preferably from the Oil and Gas industry.</p><div>
Knowledge/Technical Skills<br>
