Basic function:<br>
Oversee the quality activities for E&amp;C and FOPS entities, confirm the fabricator complies to the requirements to the fabricator QMS documents / Contract / COMPANY standards / International Standards. Ensure that all interfaces with relevant parties are correctly managed.<br>

<b>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction /installation activities on site.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Issues the relevant Quality Records and, verifying conformity of the work to specified Quality Requirements and ensuring that the inspections and controls are carried out and documented when necessary issue nonconformances reports,</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Surveillance of welding parameters and consumables during installation/construction activities, supervising welding operations</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Review welding procedures and welders qualifications to ensure correct and approved procedure are being used.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Checks the availability and suitability of the filler material and of the preheating, welding, heat treatment, the bevels, the extent of the repairs made by the various welders and taking any corrective actions, the heat treatment record diagrams.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Performs Pipes line up check, ensuring that all installed pipe/fittings are to the correct specification and that the material is in accordance with the specified Material Traceability requirements.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Carry out visual inspections.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Perform inspection for dimensional compliance to the drawings.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Monitors welding repairs</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Accept / approve Non-Destructive Test-NDT inspection reports and perform radiographic film reviews.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Checks readiness of NDT equipment.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Ensure that all Welding, Heat Treatment, any hardness testing, Inspection and Non-destructive testing are in compliance with the relevant codes and specifications.</li></ul><br>

1. External Interface Management</p><p>
Lead external interface activities under the guidance of the Interface Manager, coordinating with EPCC Contractor, Subcontractors, and relevant external authorities.<br>
Conduct regular external interface coordination meetings, ensuring alignment with the Project Information Manual, Project Procedures, and EPCC Contract obligations.<br>
Ensure all external tie-ins and installations are executed in compliance with approved Work Method Statements, Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, and contractual requirements.<br>
Maintain and regularly update the External Tie-ins Register, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of all external works.</p><p>
2. EPCC Contractor Coordination</p><p>

Lead the development of baseline schedules, including resource loading.<br>
Monitor progress against baseline and forecast schedules, identifying delays and recommending recovery plans.<br>
Implement and manage planning tools and ensure consistent use across all stakeholders.<br>
Progress Monitoring &amp; Reporting<br>
Track and report physical progress, earned value, and schedule performance.<br>
Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior management and stakeholders.<br>
Coordinate with contractors to review and validate monthly progress reports and updates.<br>
Support the preparation of Steering Committee presentations, highlighting key risks, achievements, and deviations.<br>
Maintain accurate and auditable records of planning data, progress curves, and performance trends.<br>
Cost &amp; Resource Planning<br>
Ensure EPCC Contractor develops resource histograms, manpower plans, and productivity tracking.<br>
Assist in forecasting cost impacts of schedule changes and delays.<br>
Provide input for budget planning, cash flow projections, and cost control</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Your profile</b></h3><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline).<br>
Professional certification in project management or controls (e.g., PMP, CCP) is preferred.</p><p>
Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls within major projects, preferably in fertilizer or petrochemical plants.<br>
Proven expertise in planning and coordinating integrated activities for onshore field equipment.<br>
At least 3&ndash;5 years of experience on large-scale projects (EPCC or similar).</p><p>
Skills &amp; Competencies:</p><p>
Fluency in English (written and spoken).<br>
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.<br>
Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.<br>
