 Maintenance Technician - Instrument
 
 Job Purpose:
 
 To optimize the reliability and availability of equipment under area of responsibility through completing
 
 maintenance Activities in accordance with NOC approved operation procedures, guidelines, legislative
 
 requirements and industry best practice.
 
 Identify opportunities and champion initiatives that enable maximum production and injection output within
 
 the parameters of environmental compliance and process safety.
 
 Provide Team Lead with regular reports with analysis and comment on performance and results. Be held
 
 accountable for area of responsibility.
 
 Establish and maintain effective relationships with external parties, functional teams and corporate groups
 
 as required to meet NOC strategic business and operational objectives.
 
 Contribute to improvements, development and implementation of department activities, processes and
 
 procedures.
 
 Complete safe and efficient replacement and repair activities in the event of failure or malfunction ensuring
 
 quick restoration; troubleshoot malfunctions and take corrective actions as necessary.
 
 Optimize production and uptime when executing maintenance activities which require shut down / isolation
 
 or equipment.
 
 Conduct diagnostic tests and report repetitive equipment failures.
 
 Prepare adequate documentation and reporting for offshore management consideration regarding wrong
 
 design, poor workmanship, non-compliance to NOC standards; take appropriate action within level of
 
 Authority.
 
 Contribute to Identifying Improvements to planned maintenance routines.
 
 
 Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
 
 Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil &amp; gas processing or petrochemical plants.
 
 You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication
 
 You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

 - Prime responsibility for carrying out the planning of daily maintenance activities with primary responsibility to ensure 'right-first-time' job performance so that equipment reliability is maximized, while improving maintenance 'tool time' ,'work quality' by anticipating and eliminating potential delays
 
 through planning and coordination of labor and non-labor resources including materials and services.
 
 - The role is expected to be able to remove uncertainty to execute planning in a systematic, efficient and
 
 economical way with forecasted maintenance job planning approach.
 
 - He or she should be able to independently develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work to meet budgets and schedules.
 
 - Planning Engineer shall have Competency and work experience in SAP Maintenance module, preferably in SAP S4-HANA including order planning, Purchase requisition, service entry sheets, call-off orders, service orders, Maintenance related Master data creation, updation, deletion etc.

MAINTENANCE PLANNING ENGINEER INSTRUMENT M/F

 MISSIONS :
 
 
 
 1. CMIMS Strategy &amp; Execution :
 
 Oversee CMIMS issues, deviations, and team personnel, serving as the primary contact for all CMIMS-related discussions.
 
 Manage asset registers, data templates, and define asset data management requirements.
 
 Plan development, ensuring adherence to delivery dates, and participate in guideline and strategy development.
 
 
 2. Engineering &amp; Quality Compliance :
 
 Produce engineering deliverables according to project contracts and propose solutions to enhance activity quality.
 
 Perform and review for quality compliance, manage Quality Assurance (QA), and report noncompliance or risks.
 
 Report directly to the O&amp;M Package Maintenance Leader regarding compliance.
 
 
 3. Team Management &amp; Best Practices :
 
 Define and implement team practices, standards, and procedures; propose team improvements and integrate best practices.
 
 Conduct HSE toolbox talks and contribute to project digitization and intelligent marketing efforts.
 
 Contribute to Data Processing Hub (DPH) development.
 
 
 4. Stakeholder Engagement :
 
 Organize client workshops and report to senior management.
 
 Stay informed about contracts, procedures and general engineering standards.
 
 
 
 CONTRACT TERMS &amp; MOBILITY :
 
 
 
 Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract depending on profile
 
 Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseas
 
 Mobilization in Turkey as from March 2027
 
 Site rotation: 8 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF
 
 Expected final project outcome:
 
 Strong engineering performance (database population) by end of 2026
 
 Successful execution of database loading and implementation of CMIMS from 2027 to 2033
 
 
 Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field
 
 English: B2 level mandatory
 
 Turkish nationality or speaking people is a strong plus
 
 Minimum 7 years of experience in developing and executing CMIMS/CMMS strategies.
 
 Proven track record in refining and/or petrochemicals is an advantage. General understanding of equipment, methods, and processes in Oil &amp; Gas/Petrochemical environments.
 
 Knowledge in Maintenance &amp; Inspection engineering, CMMS, Asset Management, and Data Management.
 
 Good Statistical Data preparation and Technical Reporting skills
 
 Possess supervision, leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
 
 Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and under pressure.
 
 Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and other departments.
