 Senior Interface Engineer
 
 1. Internal Interface Identification &amp; Management
 
 Lead internal interface activities under the guidance of the Interface Manager, coordinating across engineering disciplines, EPCC Contractor teams, and internal stakeholders.
 
 Identify and define all internal interfaces and tie-ins during the concept and design phases, ensuring clarity in the EPCC Contract and alignment with project execution plans.
 
 Raise principle decisions based on the Concept Study Report to initiate internal coordination and project alignment.
 
 Launch internal projects based on approved concept studies and ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
 
 2. Coordination &amp; Follow-Up
 
 Conduct monthly coordination and follow-up meetings with the Projects Department to track progress of internal projects and tie-ins.
 
 Follow up on principle decisions and internal projects to ensure timely delivery of internal interfaces.
 
 Monitor execution of internal projects to ensure they are progressing as per approved timelines and within allocated budgets.
 
 Flag delays or risks to the Project Director and work with stakeholders to design and implement mitigation actions.
 
 3. Coordination
 
 Ensure scope related to internal interfaces is clearly understood, properly planned, and implemented during engineering and construction phases.
 
 Monitor adherence to mechanical completion requirements, interface milestones, and overall project schedule.
 
 Review internal tie-in plans and coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, commissioning, maintenance) to ensure alignment and readiness.
 
 4. Engineering Collaboration
 
 Work closely with discipline engineers (process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, etc.) to validate and document all internal interface points.
 
 Ensure technical integrity and traceability of internal interfaces throughout design, construction, and commissioning phases.
 
 
 5. Schedule &amp; Risk Monitoring
 
 Monitor all critical path activities related to internal interfaces and ensure alignment with commissioning-driven schedules.
 
 Identify, report, and track risks associated with internal interface activities, and propose mitigation strategies in coordination with the Interface Manager and Project Controls.
 
 Escalate delays and deviations to the Project Director and ensure recovery plans are agreed and implemented.
 
 6. Quality, Standards &amp; Compliance
 
 Ensure all internal interface activities meet Project quality standards, technical specifications, and good engineering practices.
 
 Verify that all process technologies, tie-ins, and operational aspects are implemented correctly and safely, ensuring readiness for commissioning and operation.
 
 
 7. Reporting &amp; Documentation
 
 8. Interface Register Management
 
 
 Bachelor's Degree (12+4 years): Minimum 10 years' relevant work experience, with at least 3-5 years in major projects.
 
 
 Fluent in Arabic and English
 
 
 Having relevant
 
 local experience in large-scale chemical process industries and energy sector.

 MAINTENANCE SCHEDULER
 
 
 - Roles in this level are to ensure that all assigned tasks are planned and scheduled in a systematic,efficient, and economical way, in order to improve maintenance productivity and quality through planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance resources. Furthermore, the purpose is to assist
 
 the Sr. Scheduling Engineer in all aspects regarding scheduling of maintenance activities.
 
 
 - Competency and work experience in ERP - SAP maintenance module,preferably in SAP S4-HANA.
 
 
 - Competency and work experience in Scheduling tools - MS Projects and preferably in a scheduling tool integrated with SAP.
 
 
 Maintenance Plans and schedules
 
 - Develop resource laden schedule for daily Maintenance activities (non-major shutdown jobs) and perform resource leveling to ensure optimum production reliability and preservation of asset value.
 
 
 - Communicate and coordinate with respective Planning Engineer, execution team and production team in order to achieve highest maintenance schedule compliance.
 
 
 - Maintain reference of work Packages, man-hour and material libraries for each piece of equipment for daily maintenance.
 
 - Prepare and maintain accurate data and KPI reports for schedule compliance, backlogs etc.
 
 
 Documentation and Analysis
 
 - Update reference plans and schedules for all maintenance activities to be undertaken during daily maintenance activities.
 
 
 - Assist in defining and implementing schedule software management processes and procedures regarding scheduling conflicts/changes.
 
 
 - Maintain accurate records and facilitate and participate in weekly schedule reviews.
 
 
 - Comply with QAFCO Life Saving Rules as per "PSa-001 Life Saving Rule" Document.
 
 
 - Comply with all relevant procedures of QAFCO Integrated Management System comprising of Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, Environment, Responsible Care, IFA Product Stewardship &amp; energy Management System.
 
 
 Engineering Diploma in respective discipline (12+3 years). Preferably Diploma in
 
 Mechanical Eng.
 
 05 years relevant and hands-on experience in Maintenance planning and
 
 scheduling.
 
 
 Competency and work experience in ERP - SAP maintenance module
 
 (EAM), preferably in SAP S4-HANA.
 
 
 Competency and work experience in Scheduling tools - MS Projects and preferably also in tool integrated with SAP.
 
 You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication
 
 You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
