Pay Range: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus monthly production incentive (Up to $2,500/month). Pay range depends on experience, location and other job related factors.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:<ul><li>
Assist with the treatment plan established by the Physical Therapist</li><li>
Provide high-quality, hands-on outpatient therapy focused on patient outcomes</li><li>
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system</li><li>
Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to all health and safety guidelines</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
California Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or license pending)</li><li>
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Mobility: Ability to move freely to assist patients and therapists</li><li>
Lifting: Ability to lift and carry equipment or assist patients as needed (up to 50 pounds)</li><li>
Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions</li><li>
Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in using therapy tools and equipment</li><li>
Visual &amp; Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively</li><li>
Flexibility: Adaptability to dynamic healthcare environments</li></ul>
