 As an Analytics Manager, you&rsquo;ll work closely with business, product, design, engineering and growth teams to build a data-first culture and drive data backed decision-making. You&rsquo;ll lead a team of analysts to uncover insights from user behavior, track feature performance, and measure product impact across the customer journey&mdash;from discovery to delivery &amp; work closely with senior leadership to solve complex business problems through data and convert insights into actionable strategies
 
 
 
 
 
 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 
 ● Lead a team of analysts to deliver high-quality, scalable, and business-impacting analyses.
 
 
 ● Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and operations teams to define KPIs and build visibility on performance metrics, track feature usage, and assess the impact of product changes.
 
 
 ● Build and maintain scalable dashboards and self-serve tools to democratize data across the company.
 
 
 ● Develop and own frameworks for experimentation and A/B testing to evaluate business and product interventions.
 
 
 ● Champion data instrumentation efforts with engineering teams to ensure accurate and complete analytics tracking &amp; collaborate with Data Science team on behavioral segmentation, funnel optimization, and personalization strategies.
 
 
 ● Mentor junior analysts and build a high-performing analytics team aligned with Spinny&rsquo;s vision
 
 
 
 
 
 
 REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 
 ● 5-8 years of experience in analytics, preferably in consumer-tech, e-commerce, or automotive domains.
 
 
 ● Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Exposure to Python/R for data analysis is a strong plus.
 
 
 ● Understanding of statistics and experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, hypothesis testing).
 
 
 ● Excellent storytelling and communication skills &amp; ability to balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking.
 
 
 ● Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

 What will you do:

 Contribute to all aspects of an agile software development lifecycle including design, &amp; architecture. Led the design and development of highly scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own technical architecture decisions and guide teams through trade-offs and implementation strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Frontend, Data, DevOps) to drive end-to-end solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor and coach engineers; review code, designs, and provide thought leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive best practices in coding, design, testing, and deployments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate and introduce new technologies to keep the system ahead of the curve.
 </li>

 What you need to succeed:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelors/Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science engineering, preferably from Tier I/II Institutes.
 </li>
 <li>
 7-10 years of hands-on experience in
 
 experience
 
 in backend system design, development, and scaling distributed systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ year of experience in leading a team of 6-10 members and driving projects end-to-end.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven expertise in
 
 system design (HLD + LLD), microservices architecture, and API development
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong fundamentals in
 
 data structures, algorithms, databases, and cloud infrastructure
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in mentoring teams, leading projects, and making architecture decisions at scale.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Python (preferred) / Java / Golang / Node.Js / ROR etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with database design; SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL), &amp; NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB).
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus: Experience in
 
 observability, security, performance optimization, and DevOps practices
 
 .
