Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic candidate who has the knows and hows to Provide a professional and courteous service at all times and ensure that all employees of the assigned outlet follow the example.<ul><li>Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area are kept clean and organized at all times.</li><li>Execute and demand the team to execute the highest level of service and set up standards at all times.</li><li>Understand thoroughly the concept of the outlet and train all employees of the outlet in regard to the concept.</li><li>Actively participate in menu design in cooperation with the company's Head Chef and Chef</li><li>Produce reports and analyses of the outlet and present reports in the monthly P&amp;L meeting</li><li>Lead the outlet efficiently in cost and expenses, constantly delivering the highest quality as well as driving high top-line revenue and profit.</li><li>Conduct monthly inventory of operating supplies and equipment</li><li>Monitor operating supplies, and equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully.</li><li>Manage daily or weekly meetings with the kitchen team and foster teamwork to constantly develop the outlet for more success.</li><li>Constantly improve product quality by sourcing the best available products.</li><li>Monitor and constantly improve the quality and guest satisfaction of the outlet.</li><li>Handle guest inquiries and complaints in the outlet in a courteous and efficient manner</li></ul>Minimum Requirement<ul><li>2-3 years of experience in a similar position or a related field with a proven track record of success.</li><li>Experience in a 5-star luxury hotel company is essential or a reputable Cafe chain or with similar restaurant experience.</li><li>Advanced Communication skills.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Restaurants operations &amp; Computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and POS system</li><li>Excellent English speaker</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;20.00 - E&pound;30.00 per month
