Gulf Eagle Trading W.L.L is looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are executed according to drawings, specifications, timelines, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily construction activities on site</li><li>Coordinate and manage labor, subcontractors, and suppliers</li><li>Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications</li><li>Monitor project progress and report daily site activities</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site discipline</li><li>Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, and Head Office</li><li>Verify materials, workmanship quality, and site productivity</li><li>Support inspections, handovers, and snag-list closure</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Site Supervisor</li><li>Previous experience in villas, residential, or commercial projects is preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site coordination</li><li>Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings</li><li>Experience managing site labor and subcontractors</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Valid Bahrain experience is preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
