Responsibilities:

To maintain, operate, repair, build and rebuild plant infrastructure and systems pertaining to it.</div><div>
Level B</div><ul><li>To maintain, operate, repair, build and rebuild plant infrastructure and systems pertaining to it.</li><li>To assist all other crafts/trades in the maintenance and construction of plant equipment within the Spirit Wichita facility.
</li><li>Assist in layout, construct, install, modify, repair, and maintain all commercial and industrial plumbing systems including heating water, drainage , air, steam, paint, water, and gas.
</li><li>Fabricate and repair all types of hoses including vacuum, chemical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, paint, gas (all types), and water.</li><li>Ensure compliance with current specifications and regulations.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Required:</div><ul><li>
Must have 3-5 years plumbing experience</li><li>
All applicants must be willing and able to work any shift, including alternative work weeks. Majority of new hires will be hired on 2nd shift</li></ul><div>

Responsibilities:

Provides expertise in production engineering disciplines. Appliesprinciples and practices typically associated with quality engineering,industrial engineering, and manufacturing engineering functions andcoordinates with other support disciplines or core functions asrequired. Develops quality and cost-effective methods, standards, andsystems for production by applying production engineering principles.Leads and participates in long-range technical research on proposedprojects. Provides guidance to less experienced manufacturing supportstaff.</div>
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
5-9 years of experience (OR a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree plus 6 years of experience) in manufacturing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing support</li><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li><li>
High level of understanding of composites and manufacturing</li><li>
Experience with Continuous improvement</li><li>
Strong listening skills and a willingness to learn</li><li>
High level understanding of composite fabrication and manufacturing</li><li>
Ability to work cross-functionally</li><li>
Basic computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, navigate through 3-D engineering models)</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred not required. Industry experience a plus.</li><li>
SAP experience is a plus; SAP is utilized daily</li><li>
Manufacturing/shop floor experience is a preferred.</li><li>
Lean and Six Sigma experience</li><li>

Operations Support Specialist

The Functional Analyst will play a key role in enhancing, optimizing, and supporting the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) used across the company&rsquo;s aircraft production operations. This position bridges the gap between production, quality, engineering, IT, and business stakeholders&mdash;ensuring that system enhancements align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practices in aerospace manufacturing.</div><div></div><div><br>
The Functional Analyst is a business process subject matter expert, actively analyzing current production processes, defining system requirements, and driving process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and traceability throughout the aircraft manufacturing lifecycle.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Accountabilities</b></div><ul><li>
Facilitate workshops and partner with production, quality and engineering teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.</li><li>
Collaborate with MES developers, IT, and system integrators to design, test, and validate changes before deployment.</li><li>
Analyze existing manufacturing fabrication and assembly processes to identify opportunities for digital optimization within the MES environment.</li><li>
Develop and champion proposals to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve data accuracy for manufacturing, quality and IT.</li><li>
Use knowledge of software development life cycle to develop the functional solution design, create test data, maintain test scripts, execute functional tests and document system changes.</li><li>
Support MES integration with ERP, engineering and other IT systems to ensure end-to-end traceability and data consistency.</li><li>
Work directly with executives, managers, end-users and IT to provide status updates, ensuring cross-functional alignment and strong relationships.</li><li>
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and work well with a team.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, MIS or related field of study.</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of experience in functional design, business analysis, data analysis, or a related role within an aerospace or complex manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Understanding of manufacturing execution and quality systems and processes such as assembly, work instructions, quality inspections, and material traceability.</li><li>
Ability to perform 24x7 on-call rotation.</li><li>
Must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a &quot;US Person&quot; as defined by 22 C.F.R. &sect; 120.15.</li></ul><div><b>
Analytical &amp; Problem-Solving Skills</b></div><ul><li>
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, process design and communication skills.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to document requirements, perform gap analyses, develop as-is/to-be process maps and support system implementations.</li><li>

Preferred Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Functional knowledge of Dassault Syst&egrave;mes Delmia Apriso or equivalent Manufacturing Execution and Quality system.</li><li>
Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and data analysis (e.g., Excel pivot tables and advanced formulas).</li><li>
SQL or data query experience to support MES reporting and troubleshooting.</li><li>
