Responsibilities:
<div>
The Graphic Designer, Print is responsible for crafting graphics and prints across Spirit Halloween&rsquo;s sportswear and costume lines, working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.</div><ul><li>
Create graphic and prints for Spirts licensed and generics costumes</li><li>
Develop technical designs for costume construction</li></ul><ul><li>
Collaborate with Designers, Tech Design and Production teams on product development</li><li>
Research Halloween trends and pop culture references for design inspiration</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or related field</li><li>
5-7 years apparel/costume design experience</li><li>
Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic and technical design skills</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)</li><li>
CLO experience preferred but not necessary</li></ul><ul><li>
Understanding of garment construction and textile printing processes</li><li>
Knowledge of fabric properties and manufacturing processes</li><li>
Creative mindset with passion for Halloween and pop culture a plus</li><li>
Ability to work under tight deadlines</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and collaborative skills</li></ul><div></div><div><i><br>
The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.</i></div>

Responsibilities:

The Designer will play a key role in creating innovative products across the Hardlines D&eacute;cor category.</div><ul><li>
Design and develop hardlines d&eacute;cor products, including animatronics, masks, props, weapons, and Halloween home d&eacute;cor&mdash;from concept through final artwork.</li><li><div>
Create illustrations, specs, renderings, and clear direction for overseas vendors and licensors to ensure accurate product execution</div></li><li><div>
Prepare compelling presentation materials and upload finalized assets into internal systems</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Product Development, Production, and Licensing to drive projects forward</div></li><li><div>
Maintain organized project files, reference libraries, and sample submissions for licensor approvals</div></li><li><div>
Support and participate in conceptual development, trend exploration, and product ideation</div></li><li><div>
Apply feedback to refine designs, enhance product quality, and elevate category storytelling</div></li><li><div>
Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and help ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment</div></li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or Costume Design, with 5&ndash;7 years of related experience</li><li><div>
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office; experience with 3D software (ZBrush, Rhino) is a plus</div></li><li><div>
Strong drawing skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to deliver creative solutions in a fast-paced environment</div></li><li><div>
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the industry</div></li><li><div>
Passionate about Halloween and well-versed in current pop culture trends</div></li><li><div>
Self-starter with strong conceptual thinking and the ability to follow direction while contributing original ideas</div></li></ul><div><i>
