The candidate must be capable of handling both long-form and short-form video editing for multiple YouTube channels.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Edit long-form and short-form videos professionally</li><li>Perform audio mixing and sound balancing</li><li>Suggest and apply B-rolls, visual effects, and creative short ideas as per video requirements</li><li>Create trend-based edits suitable for YouTube and social media platforms</li><li>Edit videos for a total of 5 YouTube channels</li><li>Monthly output requirements:</li><li>31 Long Videos</li><li>62 Shorts</li><li>Prepare and deliver videos in advance for weekly off days and live session days</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Skills Required:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of video editing experience (mandatory)</li><li>Strong knowledge of long video &amp; shorts mixing</li><li>Experience with trending video styles and formats</li><li>Creative thinking and content understanding</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines consistently</li></ul>Selection Process:<ul><li>Before final selection, candidates must submit:</li><li>5 Long Videos + 5 Shorts</li><li>One long video and one short from each of our 5 channels</li></ul>Salary &amp; Payment Terms:<ul><li>Salary slip generated on the 3rd of every month</li><li>Salary credited to bank account on the 5th of every month</li></ul>Important Conditions:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year experience is compulsory</li><li>Only candidates who accept all terms and conditions should apply</li><li>No time-pass applications &mdash; apply only if you are serious and committed</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹14,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>Hindi, English.
