YOUR FUTURE CAREER DUTIES:
<ul><li>Introduces customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements</li>
<li>Facilitates interview, at a comfortable pace for the customer, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives</li>
<li>Presents vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests</li>
<li>Offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition, satisfies customer concerns and asks for the order</li>
<li>Conducts Spitzer delivery process and follows up in prescribed manner with customers. Follows up with customers after delivery in prescribed Spitzer manner to develop customer loyalty</li>
<li>Other related duties as assigned</li></ul></div>
