Required:</p>
<ul>
<li>Previous work experience as an Java developer (Spring Framework/Boot).</li>
<li>Proficient in Core APIs, Spring framework, Spring Cloud APIs.</li>
<li>Knowledge of MVC frameworks and core design patterns.</li>
<li>Proven working experience with Restful Services and API implementation.</li>
<li>Good Knowledge in working With Junit and Mockito.</li>
<li>Critical thinker and good problem-solver.</li>
<li>Knowledge in Visualization tool.<br>
<b>Preferred:</b></li>
<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience using Java building tools like Maven or Gradle.</li>
<li>Added advantage having exposure on Redis, Kafka, any MQ service, Hibernate.</li>
<li>Added Advantage with strong SQL / PL-SQL knowledge.</li>

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML engineer to design and develop machine learning models for an innovative AI-powered consumer application that reviews contracts and assists with taxes. You will work closely with domain experts and software engineers to deliver accurate and user-friendly AI solutions.</p>

Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and optimise machine learning models.</li>
<li>Collaborate with domain experts to integrate product-specific knowledge into AI models.</li>
<li>Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques for document review and extraction.</li>
<li>Ensure scalability, accuracy, and performance of the AI models.</li>
<li>Stay updated on AI advancements and integrate relevant technologies.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Required Skills:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in Python, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Generative AI.</li>
<li>Experience building AI agents using standard frameworks like Langchain, LangGraph, Pydantic AI, N8N, or Crew AI is required.</li>
<li>Strong background in natural language processing (NLP/NLU)</li>
<li>Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.</li>
<li>Familiarity with data preprocessing and annotation for unstructured data.</li>
<li>Ability to deploy models in a cloud-based environment (GCP, AWS). Proficiency in Vertex AI is preferred.</li></ul></div></div><p></p>
