Job Title: QA/QC EngineerJob Description:We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Engineer to ensure that our construction projects meet quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations and client specifications. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for the implementation of quality assurance and control procedures, conducting inspections, preparing reports, and coordinating with site teams to resolve any quality-related issues.⸻Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and documentation for construction projects.</li><li>Review technical specifications, drawings, and contract documents to ensure compliance with quality requirements.</li><li>Perform inspections and tests at various stages of construction to ensure work meets approved standards.</li><li>Maintain and manage quality control documentation, including inspection requests (IRs), material approvals, method statements, and test reports.</li><li>Monitor and report on the quality performance of subcontractors and internal teams.</li><li>Raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.</li><li>Assist in preparing project handover documents and quality dossiers.</li><li>Ensure all materials used and work performed are as per approved specifications.</li></ul>⸻Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in the construction industry.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and standards.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Contact details: splashbldgrecruitment@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
