 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Drive buying strategy aligned with business goals
 
 
 
 
 
 Manage category-level P&amp;L, turnover %, and revenue targets
 
 
 
 
 
 Negotiate costs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure margin improvement
 
 
 
 
 
 Oversee brand performance and range planning
 
 
 
 
 
 Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely execution and delivery
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 8&ndash;9 years of experience in a buying or merchandising role
 
 
 
 
 
 Strong analytical and commercial skills with proven financial impact
 
 
 
 
 
 Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience in product lifecycle and brand/category growth
