As a Maintenance Technician, you&rsquo;ll be at the heart of that mission: ensuring our residents live in well-maintained, comfortable, and safe spaces they&rsquo;re proud to call home.

What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Take ownership of maintaining the physical condition of the community, inside and out.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical issues, plumbing problems, and appliances (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, disposals, etc.).</li><li>
Complete service requests within 24 hours &mdash; quickly, efficiently, and with care,</li><li>
Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance to keep everything running smoothly,</li><li>
Help maintain excellent curb appeal: remove debris, pressure wash exteriors, maintain grounds, and more.</li><li>
Rotate on-call duties with the maintenance team for after-hours and occasional holiday/weekend support.</li><li>
Keep inventory of commonly used parts and materials to control maintenance expenditures.</li><li>
Collaborate with team members and vendors &mdash; and always go the extra mile for residents.</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Bring:<ul><li>
Previous property maintenance experience</li><li>
HVAC certification (preferred but not required)</li><li>
Strong knowledge of HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry</li><li>
Great communication and teamwork skills</li><li>
A passion for providing exceptional customer service</li><li>
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds</li><li>
A valid driver&rsquo;s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation</li></ul>
