Job Title: Company SecretaryLocation: Defence Colony, New Delhi Firm: SPN Advisors LLP Experience Required: 2 to 3 years (Post Qualification Experience in CA/CS/ Law Firm only) Joining: Immediate joiners preferredPosition Overview:We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary with 2&ndash;3 years of post-qualification experience in a CA/CS /Law firm. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in corporate compliance, company incorporation, drafting of legal documents, and post-incorporation compliances. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met under the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.&middot; Handle FEMA compliances and related documentation.&middot; Prepare and file all preliminary and post-incorporation documents and forms with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).&middot; Complete all post-incorporation compliances, including:o Appointment of auditorso Opening of bank accountso Filing of declaration of commencement of businesso Issuance and stamping of share certificateso Conducting and documenting the first Board Meeting&middot; Incorporate LLPs through FiLLiP Form and handle related filings.&middot; Draft and review the following documents:o Memorandum of Association (MOA)o Partnership Agreementso LLP Agreementso Schemes of Arrangemento Applications under Section 252(3)o Compounding Applications&middot; Manage applications and registrations, including:o Import &amp; Export License (IEC)o Startup India Registrationo FSSAI Registration/Licenseo MSME Registrationo Trademark RegistrationQualifications:&middot; Qualified Company Secretary (CS)&middot; 2&ndash;3 years post-qualification experience specifically in a CA/CS firm&middot; Strong understanding of Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, and FEMA regulationsInterested candidates, please send your resumes to hr@spnadvisors.comJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
