Pay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthJob description:Online B2C Sales Expert Reporting Location: Jaipur Location: Anywhere in India Salary: &#8377;30,000 + Performance Incentives Experience: 5+ years in Online B2C sales Age: 30+ yearsRole &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Engage directly with online inquiries via website, social media, and phone leads.</li><li>Respond to customer queries, providing accurate product information and data.</li><li>Engagement on third party e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).</li><li>Cross promotion and establish partnerships with quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Dunzo).</li><li>Plan strategic and support marketing campaigns.</li><li>Work closely with operations team for smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.</li><li>Share insights with management to understanding customer choice and market movement.</li><li>Track customer feedback and work with management to improve service quality</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target consistently.</li><li>Online B2C Sales Expert &ndash; Qualification &amp; Skills</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Online B2C sales on social media platform, in luxury retail, lifestyle, or premium gifting.</li><li>Age 30+ years.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office, and digital sales platforms.</li><li>Engagment with third party ecommerce (amazon/flipkart etc)</li><li>Cross partnership and tie up with quick commerce (zepto)</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours and flexible locations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,176.12 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
