Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure accurate reporting, and support the finance function of our IT business operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, VAT compliance, and experience handling financial activities.Telugu speaking candidates are highly preferred.Candidates with spouse visa are highly preferred.Key Responsibilities1. Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping<ul><li>Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.</li><li>Record supplier invoices, customer receipts, and petty cash transactions.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.</li><li>Handle bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow statements.</li></ul>2. Financial Reporting<ul><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.</li><li>Generate profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and expense analyses.</li><li>Support in preparing audit schedules and liaising with auditors.</li></ul>3. VAT &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including filing VAT returns and maintaining records.</li><li>Stay updated on UAE corporate tax laws and assist with tax-related documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors and government authorities when required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in an IT or trading company in UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.</li><li>Understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws.</li><li>Excellent MS Excel and analytical skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Annual leave and airfare allowance as per UAE Labour Law.</li><li>Medical insurance and other statutory benefits.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you speak Telugu language?</li><li>Do you have spouse visa?</li></ul>
