This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution across multiple platforms.We are looking for a team that can support consistent monthly work, new campaign launches, tracking implementation, and scalable website builds.Key Responsibilities Google Ads &amp; Paid Media<ul><li>Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Search, Display, Retargeting, and Performance Max</li><li>Conduct keyword and competitor research</li><li>Optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI</li><li>Perform landing page and A/B testing</li><li>Manage budgets and scaling strategies</li></ul>Google Analytics, Tag Manager &amp; Advanced Tracking<ul><li>Full GA4 configuration and maintenance</li><li>Create and implement custom event tracking</li><li>Develop and deploy tracking through Google Tag Manager</li><li>Write custom code as needed (JavaScript, data layers, custom events, cross-domain tracking, iframe conversion tracking)</li><li>Troubleshoot inaccurate or broken tracking</li><li>Ensure accurate reporting across embedded iFrames, landing pages, and multi-site environments</li><li>Support API-based tracking integrations where applicable</li></ul>Dashboarding &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Build custom dashboards in Looker Studio, Windsor, or comparable platforms</li><li>Automate performance reporting tied to campaigns, website metrics, and conversions</li><li>Provide monthly KPI reviews and insights</li><li>Deliver clear recommendations for optimization and growth</li></ul>Web Design &amp; Development<ul><li>Develop and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites</li><li>Build conversion-focused landing pages</li><li>Develop custom components and iFrame integrations</li><li>Optimize for speed, security, and mobile responsiveness</li><li>Manage plugins, apps, and third-party integrations</li><li>Provide ongoing updates and support</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Agency or full team with dedicated experts in Ads, Analytics, and Development</li><li>Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts with measurable results</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in GA4 and Google Tag Manager</li><li>Ability to write and implement custom tracking code</li><li>Experience tracking conversions within iFrames and cross-domain environments</li><li>Proficiency in Looker Studio or Windsor dashboarding</li><li>Strong WordPress and Shopify development capabilities</li><li>Excellent communication and project management skills</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with SEO (technical and on-page)</li><li>Experience with conversion rate optimization</li><li>Experience with email/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, MailerLite)</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Accurate, end-to-end conversion tracking across all platforms</li><li>High-performing ad campaigns with clear ROI</li><li>Reliable, scalable website development and maintenance</li><li>Actionable dashboards and reporting</li><li>Proactive recommendations backed by data</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease include:<ul><li>Overview of your agency or team</li><li>Case studies or examples of Google Ads performance</li><li>Examples of GA4/Tag Manager implementations, including custom-coded tracking</li><li>Website portfolio (WordPress and Shopify)</li><li>Details on your pricing structure (retainer and project-based work)</li><li>Tools and platforms you use</li></ul>CompensationCompetitive and based on experience, scope, and team capabilities.
