We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated, experienced Salon Manager who wants more than just another salon job. If you&rsquo;re passionate about leadership, team culture, customer service, and career growth, we want to talk with you NOW before our Helena location opens.
As the opening Salon Manager, you&rsquo;ll help shape the team, culture, and success of our newest Montana Sport Clips location.

<ul><li>Active Montana Cosmetology or Barber License
</li><li>Previous salon leadership or Assistant Manager experience preferred
</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills
</li><li>Positive, team-first mindset
</li><li>Passion for developing stylists and creating a great client experience
</li><li>Motivated professional excited to help launch a new business
</li></ul>Men&rsquo;s haircut experience is a plus, but we provide paid training and support.
