We are seeking a reliable and skilled Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician to maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our property. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, groundskeeping, electrical systems, HVAC equipment, and minor plumbing repairs. This position is responsible for ensuring buildings, equipment, and outdoor areas are well-maintained and operating efficiently.Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities&middot; Responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and exterior image which includes cleaning of driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster and outside trash receptacle areas, exterior walkways, or any other general areas; maintenance of property flowerbeds, plants and grass areas, snow/ice removal; preparations for various weather conditions.&middot; Perform basic landscape duties associated with commercial landscaping on a large property including but not limited to mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, aerating, fertilizing, watering, top dressing, laying down sod and mulch, planting flowers, shrubs and trees, cleaning debris, digging, blowing leaves, pulling weeds, water plants, etc.&middot; Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate major repairs when necessary.&middot; Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including lighting, outlets, switches, breakers, and related systems.&middot; Perform minor plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and clearing drains.&middot; Perform light repair and maintenance on landscape features and irrigation system.&middot; Maintain all equipment and materials, including washing company pickup truck, utility vehicle, and work tools weekly.&middot; Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, power tools, and maintenance vehicles.&middot; Perform minor semi-skilled interior maintenance such as painting, carpentry, and other trades work, as needed.&middot; Provide world class customer service by addressing the concerns and maintenance needs in a friendly and professional manner.&middot; Work as event crew/support when events are hosted on campus.&middot; Assist office staff with daily general errands, such as mail, lunches, and supplies.&middot; Present a neat and clean appearance.&middot; Practice consistent dependability, attendance and adheres to work schedules&middot; Other duties as assigned.Requirements&middot; High School Diploma&middot; Must have a valid Driver&rsquo;s License&middot; Background &amp; Drug Screening prior to hiring&middot; Prior landscaping experience preferred, but not requiredWork ScheduleMonday-Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pmJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
