The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and successful delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning &amp; Execution:<ul><li>Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.</li><li>Prepare detailed project schedules, timelines, and execution strategies.</li></ul>Resource Management:<ul><li>Allocate manpower, materials, and third-party vendors efficiently.</li><li>Ensure timely availability of all required resources.</li></ul>Budget &amp; Cost Control:<ul><li>Prepare and monitor project budgets.</li><li>Track expenses, analyze variances, and maintain cost control.</li></ul>Team Leadership:<ul><li>Lead, motivate, and manage project teams on-site.</li><li>Ensure effective coordination between site teams, consultants, and contractors.</li></ul>Stakeholder Management:<ul><li>Communicate project status and progress reports to management and clients.</li><li>Handle escalations and ensure smooth coordination among all stakeholders.</li></ul>Risk &amp; Quality Management:<ul><li>Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.</li><li>Ensure finishing quality meets design and industry standards.</li><li>Implement safety and quality assurance measures on-site.</li></ul>Documentation:<ul><li>Maintain project documentation including daily reports, status updates, and closure documents.</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory).</li><li>8&ndash;12 years of experience managing multi-storey residential projects.</li><li>Proven expertise in finishing works such as plastering, painting, flooring, fittings, and interiors.</li><li>Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and quality control independently.</li></ul>Key SkillsProject Planning, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Residential Projects, Finishing Works, Construction Management, Site Execution, Vendor Coordination, Budget Control, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Team Leadership, MS Project / PrimaveraInterested candidates may apply immediately with their updated resume.
