We're looking for a Senior Product Designer ready to grow their impact and craft in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.</p>
<p>
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll help shape our design strategy, mentoring teammates, and delivering product excellence that reaches thousands of real-world users. This role calls for a seasoned designer who can navigate product challenges in an evolving ecosystem. You'll drive execution of complex features across platforms, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to create solutions that are thoughtful, efficient, and scalable. You'll advocate for user needs while balancing technical and business constraints, bringing a high standard of craft and strategic thinking to the team.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
Work closely with fellow product designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to execute design solutions across platforms.<br>

Design user flows, wireframes, accessible high-fidelity UI, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces that address user needs and align with strategic goals.<br>

</li>
Apply systems thinking to ensure design consistency and scalability across multiple products and features.<br>
<li>
</li>
Leverage user research and data-driven insights to inform design decisions and continuously refine solutions.<br>
<li>
</li>
Proactively identify design opportunities, surface user pain points, and propose scalable solutions.<br>
<li>
</li>
Facilitate cross-functional workshops, design critiques, and collaborative sessions to align and push the work forward.<br>
<li>
</li>
Effectively communicate with stakeholders, clearly presenting design rationale and articulating how designs drive measurable business impact.<br>
<li>
</li>
Provide and apply feedback in order to iterate on design work, improving clarity, usability, and polish.<br>
<li>
</li>
Apply and maintain SpotOn's design system to achieve consistency across products.<br>
<li>
</li>
Plan and execute user research efforts, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.<br>
<li>
</li>
<li>Mentor junior and mid-level designers through feedback, pairing, and sharing best practices.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Relevant education or training in product design, UX, UI and/or interaction design</li>
Higher-education degree or boot camp certification are acceptable<br>

</ul></li>Professional portfolio that highlights your process, design thinking, aesthetic excellence and problem solving skills.<br>
<li>
</li>
Mastery of design tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam, Miro, Notion) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Jira).<br>
<li>
</li>
Mastery in user-centered design principles, interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking.<br>
<li>
</li>
Strong aesthetic UI capabilities and comfort working with and evolving design systems.<br>
<li>
</li>
Demonstrated success designing digital products and prototypes within cross-functional teams.<br>
<li>
</li>
Understanding of WCAG AA Accessibility Compliance<br>
<li>
</li>
Skilled in user research, with the ability to plan, run, and synthesize insights and data to inform and improve design decisions.<br>
<li>
</li>
Experience defining personas and/or behavioral archetypes and journey maps in order to think holistically about the end-to-end user experience<br>
<li>
</li>
Ability to clearly communicate design concepts and influence cross-functional teams.<br>
<li>
</li>
Familiarity with AI-powered tools or automation in the design process.<br>
<li>
</li>
Ability to prioritize and execute work in a timely manner<br>
<li>
</li>
Demonstrated ability to handle complexity, adapt quickly, and maintain clarity in design solutions.<br>
<li>
</li>
<li>Experience mentoring other designers and elevating team craft.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Nice to Have:</b></h3>
Exposure to HTML/CSS<br>

Interest and/or experience in the hospitality industry, restaurant tech, or SMB services.<br>

</li>
Skills in motion design and illustration<br>

Familiarity with information architecture, content strategy, and UX Writing<br>
<li>
</li>
<li>Experience working in service design</li>
