 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking a
 
 
 Digital Manager
 
 
 with 3&ndash;5 years of experience to support our online presence, digital campaigns, and patient engagement strategies. This is a
 
 
 part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) role
 
 
 ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a startup environment and is eager to make an outsized impact.
 
 
 
 
 The Digital Manager will own day-to-day execution across our website, app, CRM, and digital channels, while supporting strategic initiatives led by the Head of Marketing.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Website &amp; Performance Marketing
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Maintain and update Spotless&rsquo; website and app to ensure accuracy, performance, and a best-in-class user experience.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Implement and refine SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Optimize conversion funnels, analyzing drop-off points to improve new patient acquisition and retention.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Support execution of Google Ads campaigns, including keyword strategy, creative testing, and budget optimization.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 CRM &amp; Lifecycle Marketing
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Help design and implement Spotless&rsquo; CRM infrastructure (email, SMS, and automation flows).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Execute lifecycle campaigns that nurture leads, increase bookings, and improve retention.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Manage campaign calendars, segmentation, and A/B testing for continuous performance improvement.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Campaign Management &amp; Analytics
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Partner with the Head of Marketing and the social team to plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital touchpoints.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Develop and share regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Customer Engagement &amp; Reputation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Lead online reputation management, encouraging positive reviews and managing patient feedback across Google, Yelp, and other platforms.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Highlight client success stories and testimonials across digital platforms to strengthen social proof.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate with social media/content teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with brand voice.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within healthcare, beauty, or consumer services.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, website analytics, and CRM/lifecycle marketing.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and/or other digital advertising platforms.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Hands-on experience with email and SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Attentive, etc.).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, Zenoti, Squarespace, or similar CMS/eCommerce/booking platforms.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment with limited resources.
 
 </li>
