We are seeking a highly organized, people-savvy, and dependable <b>Administrative Support Team Member</b> to join our team. This role is responsible for key people operations, including <b>interviewing, onboarding, employee check-ins, and executive support</b>. This is not just an administrative role. <b>HR experience is required.</b> We need someone who can <b>read people well, conduct effective interviews, assess character and fit, and help us make wise hiring decisions</b>.<br>
</div><div>The right candidate will be professional, intuitive, detail-oriented, and confident in working with people at all levels of the organization.<br>
</div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br>
</div> <ul><li>Conduct and support the interview process from start to finish</li>
<li> Screen applicants and identify candidates who fit company needs and culture</li>
<li> Perform interviews with confidence, professionalism, and discernment</li>
<li> Evaluate candidates beyond their resume, including attitude, communication, reliability, and overall fit</li>
<li> Coordinate and manage onboarding for new hires</li>
<li> Help create a smooth, professional, and welcoming onboarding experience</li>
<li> Conduct employee check-ins to support engagement, accountability, and retention</li>
<li> Maintain employee files, records, and HR-related documentation with confidentiality and accuracy</li>
<li> Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling, follow-up, coordination, and communication</li>
<li> Assist with internal communication, personnel organization, and special projects as needed</li>
</ul><div><b>Required Qualifications</b><br>
</div><ul><li><b>HR experience is required</b></li>
<li> Experience conducting interviews and supporting hiring decisions</li>
<li> Strong ability to <b>read people</b>, recognize red flags, and identify strong team fit</li>
<li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li> Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li> Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism</li>
<li> Ability to balance HR responsibilities with executive administrative support</li>
<li> Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities</li>
<li>Must be able to work in a <b>hybrid role</b>, with <b>in-person attendance required for interviews</b>
