Real Estate Company in Chennai looking for proactive legal professional with minimum of 3-4 years&rsquo; experience to handle legal, liaison works, and customer relation management. The role requires ownership of tasks end-to-end from initiation to closure while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and effective communication across stakeholders.Required Skills:- Law graduate with minimum 3 - 4 years&rsquo; experience preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.- Bar membership in good standing.- Experience in Litigation.- Strong drafting skills, with hands-on drafting experience negotiating and interpreting commercial agreements.- Excellent written, communication, interpersonal, customer-handling skills with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties.- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review, negotiate and administer a broad range of agreements and contracts, ensuring end to end oversight.- Prepare and respond to legal notices, petitions, and related documentation.- Coordinate with external lawyers, advisors and internal teams of the company.- Address and resolve all legal queries and concerns raised by customers, including drafting replies to customer concerns, negotiating solutions, explaining legal nuances effectively to customers.- Assist in managing all operations within the legal department and administrative tasks and provide legal advice on a broad range of issues.- Maintain and manage documentation of all legal records in an organized manner.- Undertake any other tasks as may be assigned.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
