We are seeking a Experienced / Fresher reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our legal team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations and assist in maintaining organized case files.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and organize legal documents, case files, and correspondence</li><li>Assist in Agreement Drafting &amp; Filing</li><li>Assist team with document preparation and filing</li><li>Handle client inquiries professionally</li><li>Schedule meetings and appointments</li><li>Maintain office supplies and coordinate/follow-up with Clients</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum SSC or Graduate in any discipline.</li><li>Prior experience in a any firm or legal environment preferred.</li><li>Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
