<p>As an HR Generalist, you will own day-to-day employee-facing HR support across our fulfillment center network, partnering directly with frontline leaders to ensure consistent process execution. You will be responsible for balancing employee relations, supporting performance management, and executing critical compliance operations on-site. This role is ideal for a structured, detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced hourly environment and is looking to expand their operational impact.</p>

How you will succeed:</b></h3><ul>
<li>
<p><b>Employee Relations:</b> Serve as the first point of contact for frontline team members; triage, document, and resolve low-to-mid complexity workplace matters with strict confidentiality.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Leader Coaching &amp; Performance:</b> Partner with site leadership to execute hourly performance review cycles and ensure all corrective action documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with policy.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Onboarding &amp; Backup Support:</b> Step in as a tactical backup for onboarding logistics and timesheet management when Operations Excellence or Coordinator coverage is unavailable.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>HR Operations &amp; Compliance:</b> Coordinate offboarding, transfers, and status changes while maintaining flawless data accuracy within the HRIS and tracking compliance workflows.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Engagement &amp; Culture Ownership:</b> Design and execute site-wide engagement activities, recognition programs, morale events, and employee communications to build a strong workplace culture.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Data &amp; Metrics Reporting:</b> Provide recurring people metrics reporting&mdash;including turnover, attendance, and review completion trends&mdash;to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Issue Resolution:</b> Support payroll, leave of absence, and time-off escalations, ensuring swift, fair, and consistent resolution times.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Schedule &amp; Presence:</b> Maintain a consistent onsite presence at the local fulfillment center, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional after-hours shift support.</p>
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What experiences will help you in this role:</b></h3><ul>
<li>
<p><b>Industry Experience:</b> Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, manufacturing, or high-volume hourly environment.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>HR Fundamentals:</b> Working knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, standard compliance requirements, and performance management processes.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Systems Expertise:</b> Experience working with HRIS, timekeeping platforms, and reporting tools to manage workforce data.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Communication &amp; Coaching:</b> Strong professional communication skills with a proven ability to coach frontline managers and build trust with hourly employees.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Execution &amp; Judgment:</b> Exceptional attention to detail regarding documentation quality, with the sound judgment needed to balance multiple site priorities and manage sensitive information,</p>
</li>
