<div>Spreetail is looking for a Senior Advertising Manager will lead search advertising strategy across platforms, driving high-intent customer acquisition and measurable ROI. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive brand and margin-focused approach while continuously optimizing performance through data, market insights, and best practices in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>How you will achieve success:</b></h3><ul><li>
Lead end-to-end search marketing strategy across all platforms, including launching, managing, monitoring budgets and bids, and continuously optimizing campaigns at the product, keyword, ad group, and campaign levels to drive ROI.</li><li>
Develop and execute data-driven search marketing initiatives that increase visibility and conversion among high-intent marketplace customers, translating business needs into scalable advertising strategies.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Vendor Management, Pricing, Creative, Media, and Account Management teams to ensure a holistic brand approach, margin alignment, and consistent, high-quality advertising deliverables.</li><li>
Analyze performance and market trends by monitoring competitors, conducting market research, and delivering weekly insights on sponsored advertising impact to overall top- and bottom-line performance.</li><li>
Act as a strategic search marketing partner by defining brand and search needs during pitches, clearly communicating strategies to internal and external stakeholders, staying current on industry best practices, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What experiences will help you in this role:</b></h3><ul><li>
3 - 5 years of experience successfully managing Amazon PPC Ads, 1-2 years of experience on other marketplaces (Walmart, Target, Ebay, etc), previous ad agency experience or large/multi-brand experience.</li><li>
Knowledge of Online Search Advertising (Amazon and other marketplaces), with a proven record of increasing sales a must.</li><li>
Excellent Excel and data analysis skills and has experience with creating advertising reports and making recommendations on ad budgets and ad management strategies with account managers and clients.</li><li>
BA or higher in Marketing a plus.
</li><li>Ability to work in a face-based, diverse culture across a broad spectrum of clients.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
