<div>We are seeking a highly organized and proactive <b>HR Advisor</b> to support our growing UK and European population. This role sits at the heart of our People &amp; Culture team, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle and providing critical daily guidance to managers on policy, compliance, and employee relations. If you have a solid foundation in UK employment law, hands-on experience with HRIS management (ideally Dayforce), and a passion for delivering a world-class employee experience, this is an incredible opportunity to make a visible impact on our regional operations.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>How you will achieve success:
</b></h3><div><ul><li>Act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees across the UK and Europe, providing timely, accurate guidance on HR policies, processes, and employment matters.</li>
<li>Support managers in handling employee relations cases, including attendance, performance, disciplinaries, and grievances, and escalating complex cases to the HRBP where appropriate.</li>
<li>Own the employee lifecycle end to end including; supporting with onboarding, probation, contractual changes, leave administration, and offboarding.</li>
<li>Support the creation and deployment of People &amp; Culture initiatives and projects across our EU population, with oversight from the HRBP.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in our HRIS, Dayforce.</li>
<li>Partner with our TA function to support a high-class candidate experience, such as giving advice or interpreting pay, benefits, and culture information.</li>
<li>Apply working knowledge of UK employment law basics to day-to-day queries, flagging areas of risk or complexity to the HRBP for guidance.</li>
<li>Support the rollout and communication of people policies, contributing to awareness and compliance across UK and European teams in collaboration with the HRBP.</li>
<li>Ensure all HR documentation, letters, and employee communications are completed accurately, professionally, and within agreed timelines.</li>
</ul></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What experiences will help you in this role:
</b></h3><div><ul><li>1-2 years of experience in an HR Advisor or HR Coordinator role, ideally within a fast-paced, scaling, or multi-site business.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice, with the confidence to apply it in day-to-day situations.</li>
<li>Exposure to, or genuine interest in, multi-country HR environments; experience with European employment practices is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and written communication skills and able to build trust quickly with managers and employees at all levels.</li>
<li>High attention to detail, particularly when handling employee data, contracts, and sensitive documentation.</li>
<li>Organised and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.</li>

<p>As an HR Generalist, you will own day-to-day employee-facing HR support across our fulfillment center network, partnering directly with frontline leaders to ensure consistent process execution. You will be responsible for balancing employee relations, supporting performance management, and executing critical compliance operations on-site. This role is ideal for a structured, detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced hourly environment and is looking to expand their operational impact.</p>

How you will succeed:</b></h3><ul>

<p><b>Employee Relations:</b> Serve as the first point of contact for frontline team members; triage, document, and resolve low-to-mid complexity workplace matters with strict confidentiality.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Leader Coaching &amp; Performance:</b> Partner with site leadership to execute hourly performance review cycles and ensure all corrective action documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with policy.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Onboarding &amp; Backup Support:</b> Step in as a tactical backup for onboarding logistics and timesheet management when Operations Excellence or Coordinator coverage is unavailable.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>HR Operations &amp; Compliance:</b> Coordinate offboarding, transfers, and status changes while maintaining flawless data accuracy within the HRIS and tracking compliance workflows.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Engagement &amp; Culture Ownership:</b> Design and execute site-wide engagement activities, recognition programs, morale events, and employee communications to build a strong workplace culture.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Data &amp; Metrics Reporting:</b> Provide recurring people metrics reporting&mdash;including turnover, attendance, and review completion trends&mdash;to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Issue Resolution:</b> Support payroll, leave of absence, and time-off escalations, ensuring swift, fair, and consistent resolution times.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Schedule &amp; Presence:</b> Maintain a consistent onsite presence at the local fulfillment center, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional after-hours shift support.</p>

<p><b>Industry Experience:</b> Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, manufacturing, or high-volume hourly environment.</p>

<li><p><b>HR Fundamentals:</b> Working knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, standard compliance requirements, and performance management processes.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Systems Expertise:</b> Experience working with HRIS, timekeeping platforms, and reporting tools to manage workforce data.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Communication &amp; Coaching:</b> Strong professional communication skills with a proven ability to coach frontline managers and build trust with hourly employees.</p>
