Qualifications: Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license High school education preferred 2 years experience in related field. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Essential Job Functions:<ul><li>
Build various structures requiring the use of various materials.</li><li>
Organize fire drills, maintain records of fire drills, check all extinguishers and assist Fire Marshall with inspections.</li><li>
Do minor plumbing repairs such as, replacing and unclogging hair traps, unplugging toilets, repairing washers and dryers, replacing broken pipes/water lines.
</li><li>Follow established performance standards and performs duties according to maintenance policies and procedures.</li><li>
Make environmental rounds routinely and initiate corrective action as necessary.</li><li>
Supervise maintenance department personnel.</li></ul>

Maintenance Director

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred
Essential Job Functions:
<ul><li>Complete daily cleaning schedule in accordance with facility policy.</li><li>
Follow and perform infection control procedures.</li><li>
Ensure all safety measures are used when housekeeping duties are being performed (e.g. wet floor signs, chemicals are secured and labeled, etc.)</li><li>
Report/Restock any supplies that need to be replenished.</li><li>
Assist with laundry duties.</li></ul>
