This position focuses on ensuring all guest-facing glassware, silverware, and plateware are polished, spotless, and presentation-ready. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high standards and helping create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.Schedule<ul><li>Part-Time Position</li><li>Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Evenings</li><li>Availability during dinner service and closing hours required</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Polish and inspect glassware, silverware, and plateware to ensure they are spotless and guest-ready.</li><li>Remove water spots, fingerprints, and residue from service items.</li><li>Organize and stock polished items in designated front-of-house storage areas.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of polishing stations and storage areas.</li><li>Assist with setting up and replenishing service ware during busy service periods.</li><li>Inspect items for chips, cracks, or damage and report concerns to management.</li><li>Follow all restaurant sanitation and food safety standards.</li><li>Support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekend evening shifts consistently.</li><li>Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to stand for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.</li><li>Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive hand movements.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay</li><li>Additional tip income</li><li>Positive team-oriented work environment</li><li>Opportunity for growth within the company</li></ul>Spring by China Mama is committed to providing guests with an exceptional dining experience.
