We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a primary care office, possess strong administrative skills, and contribute to a positive work culture.Responsibilities - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answering phone calls- Schedule appointments using eClinicalWorks- Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations- Input patient demographics, health records, and other relevant information into the system- Taking copayments and running insurance eligibility- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentableExperience- 1 year of front desk experience in a medical office setting is required- Previous experience working in a primary care office is preferred- Previous experience working in the eClinicalWorks EHR is requiredQualifications - Medical administrative support- Medical office experience- Computer skills- Patient service- Office experience- Clerical experience- Front desk experience- Knowledge of medical records management- Knowledge of health insurance- Understanding of HIPAA regulations- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks- Strong organizational skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality- Excellent communication skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Medical Specialty:<ul><li>Primary Care</li></ul>Work Location: In person
