This role requires flexibility for occasional shift changes and availability to work holidays that coincide with scheduled shifts.

The required schedule for this role is Saturday-Wednesday: 11am-7pm EST, or the equivalent in your respective time zone (i.e., 10pm-6pm CST).

What you'll be doing:
<ul>
<li>Provide in-the-moment clinical support, psycho education, and connection to appropriate referrals and resources on a clinical phone queue.</li>
<li>Utilize skills such as active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches to collaboratively engage with members seeking help with mental health, substance use, or family/relationship concerns.</li>
<li>Assess for risks and provide crisis support, safety planning, and follow up with high risk members to ensure safety and timely connection to care.
</li><li>Recommend a plan of action based on clinical presentation and coordinate connection to appropriate care and services (Spring Health therapists, coaches, physicians, or external resources).</li>
<li>Provide after hours support to members and leaders seeking services or connection to the Global team, Management Consultation team, and Spring Internal team.</li>
<li>Use effective written skills to complete professional documentation and to interact with members and providers through email.</li>
<li>Follow care management outreach protocols and utilize good clinical judgment to identify and problem-solve barriers or disruptions to care.</li>
<li>Promote effective care by coordinating closely with Spring Health care providers and the Provider Operations team.</li>
<li>Interact and problem-solve with multi-disciplinary teams such as Care Support, Benefits/Billing, and Product to ensure a smooth member experience.</li>
<li>Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and trainings.</li>
<li>Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members.</li>
<li>Follow Spring Health policies and maintain all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.</li>
</ul>
What we expect from you:
<ul>
<li>LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience.</li>
<li>Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning</li>
<li>Knowledge of crisis support, CBT, motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused clinical interventions.</li>
<li>Fully engaged and free from interruptions for the duration of shift.</li>
<li>Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Approach all interactions with cultural awareness, empathy, and respect for individual identities.</li>
<li>Motivated to go above and beyond for members to provide a high-touch experience.</li>
<li>Tech-savvy: must be comfortable using various computer platforms and learning new systems, and efficient in tech-related tasks.</li>
<li>Able to multi-task and context switch!</li>
</ul>
The target base hourly range for this position is $33.33 - $42.31 hourly, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

 We are seeking qualified, part-time internationally licensed psychotherapists to join our provider network and deliver care with a tech-enabled, AI/machine-learning platform that puts patient outcomes first.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You'll Do

 Provide counseling to clients with benefits ranging from short-term goal-focused EAP, to employer health plans allowing as many sessions as medically necessary.
 </li>

 Treat adults who have completed brief, evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably, also be open to treating additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our scheduling system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions that are tailored to your client&rsquo;s needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, our licensed clinical care navigation team, and our administrative care support team whenever you need assistance.
 </li>
 <li>

 Who you are
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 You have an unrestricted license to practice counseling (as a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, etc.) in Kuwait.
 
 We are not able to accept applications from anyone requiring licensed supervision.

 <li>
 You maintain active professional liability insurance at market rates in your approved jurisdiction (country of licensure).
 </li>
 <li>
 You have a minimum of 3 years of independent clinical experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 You're comfortable with technology and are telehealth competent.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 You are available to offer some amount of monthly in-person availability for Spring Health members in Mina Saud, Kuwait.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
 </li>
 <li>
 You are comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 You are committed to quality clinical care and want to expand your capabilities and increase your effectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.

 You like working independently, but would also enjoy having the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other providers and our master&rsquo;s level clinical care navigators.
