Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment</li><li>
Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting</li><li>
Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst</li><li>
Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor</li><li>
Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals</li><li>
Track client progress and program data</li><li>
Understands and adheres to Company Policy and Procedures</li><li>
Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree, preferred</li><li>
Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population</li><li>
Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</li><li>
Reliable transportation and insurance</li><li>
Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs</li><li>
Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times</li></ul>

As a BCBA, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supervising ABA-based treatment programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. This role requires a balance of clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for making meaningful differences in clients&rsquo; lives.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans</li><li>
Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and other team members</li><li>
Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed</li><li>
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation and data collection</li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Active and current <b>BCBA certification</b></li><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field</li><li>
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA (preferred)</li><li>
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload</li></ul><div><b>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.</li><li>
Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.</li><li>
Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.</li><li>
Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress and address emerging needs.</li><li>
Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills.</li><li>
Implement strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote positive behavior changes.</li><li>
Collect and analyze data on behavior and progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>
Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to track patient progress and communicate with stakeholders.</li><li>
Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and implementing behavioral strategies at home.</li><li>
Provide guidance on managing challenging behaviors and enhancing communication and social skills.</li><li>
Work closely with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment.</li><li>
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and share insights to optimize care plans and outcomes.</li><li>
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct support staff, providing training and feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.</li><li>
Conduct regular performance reviews and offer professional development opportunities for team members.</li><li>
Engage with community resources and support networks to enhance the client&rsquo;s social and environmental integration.</li><li>
Ensure that all interventions and practices adhere to ethical guidelines, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and autism treatment, integrating new research and best practices into clinical work.</li><li>
Address and manage crisis situations effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques and ensuring the safety of the client and others.</li><li>
Complete and finalize daily clinical documentation within SpringHealth&rsquo;s EHR.</li><li>
Assist in developing procedures for training materials for staff with the purpose of enhancing programs for clients and ensuring that program operations are in compliance with established guidelines.</li><li>
Continued education on behaviorally based interventions &amp; techniques to stay competitive in the field.
</li><li>Complete monthly &amp; quarterly notes outlining the client&rsquo;s progression through goals.</li></ul><br>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.</li><li>
Review and interpret highly technical information; write technical materials; and/or speak persuasively to implement desired actions; and analyze situations to define core issues and draw conclusions.
</li><li>Specific knowledge-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include age-appropriate activities/behaviors; understanding of CPT codes/payor rules/regulations/policies; language grammar/punctuation/spelling/vocabulary; and research-based accepted treatment modalities and assessment.
</li><li>Must have reliable transportation.</li><li>
Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, infrequent lifting to 50 pounds, frequent pushing, pulling, reaching, turning, twisting, bending, stooping, and squatting, walking, and climbing.</li></ul><br>
