Overview: Join our team of passionate hospitality professionals committed to delivering exceptional food, beverage, and service. For this position, we are seeking friendly and upbeat individuals that thrive in a fast-paced work environment and aim to deliver a quality customer experience. 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Greet guests as they arrive with a welcoming and positive attitude</li><li>
Manage seating software by entering accurate guest information and updating table status</li><li>
Communicate effectively with front of house team members and managers</li><li>
Estimate accurate wait times for guests based on current table times, party size, wait list, and other factors</li><li>
Use good judgment to make appropriate accommodations for guests based on need</li><li>
Bus, clean, and sanitize tables/chairs/seats as needed to ensure efficient seating</li><li>
Handle phone calls and any inquiries on reservations, as needed</li><li>
Direct and facilitate carryout pickup for guests, as needed</li><li>
Assist serving staff when necessary, with pre-bussing tables</li><li>
Work to build relationships with new and regular customers</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining room, restrooms, and other public areas</li><li>
Execute daily cleaning details, as outlined by the management team</li></ul> 
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Previous Customer Service Experience Preferred</li><li>
Exceptional Verbal Communication Skills</li><li>
Ability to Multi-Task in High Volume Environment</li><li>
Must be 16 to apply</li></ul>
