We&rsquo;re currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Davenport, Iowa, and help deliver high-quality, individualized care to the families we serve.

<li>$95-$120 per hour (based on experience and caseload)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA services
</li>
<li>Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
</li>
<li>Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
</li>
<li>Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills
</li>
<li>Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Current BCBA certification (required)
</li>
<li>Experience in ABA therapy (clinical leadership a plus, but not required)
</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills
</li>
<li>Commitment to client-centered care and teamwork
</li>

<li>Primary service area: Davenport, Iowa
</li>
