Overview We are seeking dedicated and adaptable Substitute Teachers to join our educational team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning for students in the absence of their regular classroom teacher. This position requires a passion for education, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse classroom environments effectively.Responsibilities<ul><li>Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure students continue their learning without interruption.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment conducive to student engagement.</li><li>Foster an inclusive atmosphere that supports the diverse needs of all students, including those with special educational needs.</li><li>Provide supervision and support during activities, ensuring student safety at all times.</li><li>Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven ability in classroom management to maintain order and facilitate productive learning environments.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Familiarity with tutoring practices and literacy education to enhance student understanding in subjects such as math and reading.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles to support the growth and learning of preschool-aged children.
