We&rsquo;re looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team and help make every guest&rsquo;s evening memorable.Job SummaryAs a Bartender/Server, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment, and ensuring guests enjoy exceptional service throughout their stay. You&rsquo;ll be the face of our lobby bar, setting the tone for great conversations and relaxing experiences.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and brand standards.</li><li>Prepare and serve light food menu items.</li><li>Engage guests with genuine hospitality, offering recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, counters, and equipment.</li><li>Accurately process payments, handle cash, and follow all accounting procedures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all state and local alcohol service laws.</li><li>Assist with inventory, restocking supplies, and maintaining bar presentation.</li><li>Work collaboratively with the front desk and to provide seamless guest service.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum age of 21 (per state law).</li><li>Previous bartending or food &amp; beverage experience preferred; hotel experience a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of standard drink recipes and bartending techniques.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.</li><li>Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Evening shift 5pm-10pm or later Friday &amp; Saturday.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay plus tip opportunities</li><li>Marriott travel discounts and benefits</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement</li><li>Supportive and team-oriented work environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $12.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
