Role Overview</div><div>
The Customer Success Manager owns the success and technical strategy for Sprinklr&rsquo;s most strategic service and contact center customers in the Middle East. This individual contributor role blends executive-level advisory with hands-on technical leadership to drive adoption, measurable business outcomes, and long-term retention. You will guide the transformation from legacy operations to modern, AI-enabled workflows, ensuring Sprinklr&rsquo;s platform delivers maximum value. This is a customer-centric role focused on service delivery and success&mdash;not sales.</div><div></div><div>
Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li><div>
Serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.</div></li><li><div>
Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to showcase ROI, adoption progress, and strategic recommendations.</div></li><li><div>
Act as the primary success partner for enterprise service/CX accounts; lead QBRs and success planning.</div></li><li><div>
Align Sprinklr Care solutions (Case Management, Smart Responses, Bot Framework, Agent Assist) with customer goals (AHT, CSAT, FCR, deflection).</div></li><li><div>
Map legacy contact center processes to modern workflows; oversee architecture audits and optimization.</div></li><li><div>
Deliver enablement programs, playbooks, and ROI dashboards; monitor adoption and health metrics.</div></li><li><div>
Manage technical escalations, mitigate risks, and influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.</div></li><li><div>
Coordinate complex programs (voice rollout, CRM integrations, compliance) across IT, business teams, and vendors.</div></li></ul><div>
Qualifications</div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (MBA preferred); 8+ years in Customer Success, CCaaS, or CX consulting.</div></li><li><div>
Deep knowledge of contact center operations, metrics, and change management.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with major service platforms (Salesforce Service Cloud, NICE, Genesys, Zendesk).</div></li><li><div>
Strong technical acumen, program management skills, and regional experience; Arabic is Mandatory,</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

What you will do:</div><div>
Discover and realise ongoing success criteria for Sprinklr clients with the following:</div><ul><li><div>
Manage and optimise configuration of onboarded Sprinklr clients, to ensure their continued success with the Sprinklr platform.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Identify platform gaps, and optimisation opportunities; designing and configuring the appropriate solution, so that client expectations regarding platform use cases and functionality are fulfilled.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Maintain platform relevancy according to changes business needs.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Ensure that all client users are trained, educated, and up to date on platform use, best practices, and functionality.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Provide oversight on any additional enablement of the software deployment to be in line with current architecture and future client needs or business requirements.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Ensure that every client derives the most value possible from the Sprinklr platform.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Assist the Sales and Success Teams in providing insight to client health, and working to win new business and/or grow existing accounts.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Support our Services Directors to ensure optimal client service as it relates to platform performance, functionality, enhancements, and configuration.</div></li></ul><div>
Who You Are &amp; What Makes You Qualified:</div><ul><li><div>
Business-level fluency in Arabic and English essential.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Experience in Enterprise Software deployment management and/or implementation.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Strong technical background with advanced computer skills.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Demonstrate experience and a passion for the social media technology universe.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Extremely strong communication and presentation skills.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Fluency in social media platforms and direct experience in working with or for social media management software is preferred. CCaaS experience highly advantageous.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
