We are looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) to join our vibrant small office, where we pride ourselves on a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, and work-life balance.Duties:<ul><li>Pediatric recalls, prophies, new patient and consultation exams. Assisting chair-side for treatment (sealants, restorative, sedation appointments etc.)</li><li>Taking Radiographs</li><li>Maintain and update electronic patient records (charting, medical histories, treatment plans, notes, walk outs etc.) Our clinic uses Eaglesoft dental software- wonderful if you have prior experience with ES, if not we can teach you!</li><li>Patient and family education</li><li>Sterilization, instrument care and turning over rooms</li><li>Manage schedule and flow of patients during the day while working together with your team</li><li>Maintaining supplies and equipment</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Tuesday through Fridays</li></ul>Benefits (waiting periods apply for some benefits):<ul><li>Paid time off (PTO)</li><li>License, CPR, Continuing education reimbursement</li><li>Uniforms with yearly shoe allowance</li><li>Retirement plan with 4% match.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Must have current Dental Assistant License (LDA) or soon to be licensed/application in process.</li><li>Prior pediatric dental experience not necessary as long as you enjoy pediatrics and know you want to work with children, adolescents and their families , we are happy to train you!</li></ul>Compensation: hourly rate based on level of experience.Website:<ul><li>www.sproutspediatricdentistry.com</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Uniform allowance</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>LDA License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
