Position Summary:</b></div><div>
We&rsquo;re seeking a<b> </b><b>Project Manager </b>to join our Implementation team and lead team members to implement SPS Commerce services and products. Using a combination of organizational skills, strategic thinking and emotional intelligence, you&rsquo;ll monitor teamwork flow including multiple functional areas to ensure project delivery and quality standards are met, ensuring positive customer outcomes.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Manage day-to-day project tasks for implementing SPS Commerce Products and Services from close of sale through handoff to customer support.</li><li>
Create and maintain project work schedules, track customer requirements and translate customer requests into project deliverables.</li><li>
Demonstrate proficiency in service delivery while managing multiple projects.</li><li>
Monitor work-flow requirements to meet timelines and quality expectations.</li><li>
Advocate for positive change and improvement within the organization by identifying and communicating the compelling needs for change/improvement.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Location</b><b>: </b>Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Required Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
A bachelor&rsquo;s degree (or equivalent professional experience) and at least two years of project management experience.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.</li><li>
A quality-focused and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask.</li><li>
A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering strong results.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Experience developing processes and managing projects in a technology-based service organization.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve goals without direct authority over personnel.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What We Offer:</b></div><div>

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.</div><div></div><div><br>
The annual salary range for this role is: $77,000 - $90,000. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.</div><div></div><div><br>
