The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for creating social media content and strategies, researching trending topics and writing content for all brands of SPSV Entertainment, LLC. They will plan, create and analyze digital content that attracts new and returning guests while reinforcing each of our brands in a clear and compelling way.
The Social Media Content Creator will work alongside our marketing team and report to the Marketing Supervisor. This position is Full-Time (onsite) and requires availability on weekends and holidays. The standard work schedule is Wednesday &ndash; Sunday, 8:30AM-5:00pm, but may vary depending on park hours, campaigns, and park event schedules.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Will assist and maintain an appropriate tone in the teams writing, making sure it adheres to the company's style guide. Will check for errors in grammar, punctuation and style.</li><li>
Create content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.</li><li>
Conduct research to enhance the marketing content. This may also include identifying new trends, relevant topics, fact-checking and analyzing sources to generate information.</li><li>
Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies and brand voice.</li><li>
Participate in conceptual brainstorming with the marketing team to solve marketing problems, generate new ideas and improve creative quality.</li><li>
Recommend and assist with visits for media/PR guests and influencers to promote events throughout the year.</li><li>
Respond to guest questions and comments on social media to support positive engagement and customer service.</li><li>
Uncover compelling and appropriate user-generated content to share on our pages.</li><li>
Provide responses and solutions to guest feedback on Facebook, Google Reviews, Yelp and TripAdvisor.</li><li>
Work in conjunction with the events department to promote current and upcoming events.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Supervisor and General Management Team.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum of 1 year experience creating and managing social media for a brand, organization, or business.</li><li>
Experience creating and editing short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikTok) using professional or mobile editing tools.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing or a related field preferred, but not required.</li><li>
Have a strong background in customer service, marketing, or sales.</li><li>
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.</li><li>
Must display good, unbiased judgement at all times.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills.</li><li>
Mountain bike industry experience or knowledge preferred.</li><li>
Must perform duties in an ever-changing environment.</li></ul>
Schedule Requirements:<ul><li>
Must be able to work full-time on-site; this position does not offer a remote work option.</li><li>
Occasional evening and/or early morning availability based on upcoming event/marketing needs.</li><li>

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and creative Marketing Strategist to assist the Marketing Supervisor with the planning, development, production, and execution of marketing materials that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support revenue growth.
This role bridges big-picture marketing strategy with hands-on campaign execution, ensuring cohesive and impactful marketing efforts across digital, traditional, and social media channels. An essential focus of this position is social media strategy, including scheduling and producing short-form digital content to support storytelling, monitoring content, audience engagement, tracking performance, promotional campaigns, and emerging marketing trends. This role works closely with our Social Media Content Creator to ensure consistent content, maximize impact, and support the brand&rsquo;s social media presence.
The ideal candidate will have strong campaign management skills, a solid understanding of media strategy and analytics, and a passion for translating customer insights into actionable marketing initiatives. This position works closely with the Marketing Team and collaborates cross-departmentally to ensure marketing efforts align with company messaging, seasonal initiatives, and overall business objectives.
The Marketing Strategist reports directly to the Marketing Supervisor and plays an important role in supporting the execution and optimization of marketing strategies across the organization.

Help develop and implement social media strategies that increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and follower growth.</li><li>
Plan, schedule, and monitor social media content while tracking engagement metrics and optimizing performance.</li><li>
Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand visibility.</li><li>
Build and maintain relationships with media, and partners.</li><li>
Write and distribute press releases and media pitches.</li><li>
Coordinate media visits, press events, and influencer experiences.</li><li>
Monitor media coverage and manage press inquiries.</li><li>
Capture and coordinate on-site photo and video content to support social media storytelling, promotional campaigns, and event marketing.</li><li>
Ensure brand messaging, voice, and visual identity remain consistent across all marketing materials and communications.</li><li>
Conduct market research, analyze audience behavior, and monitor competitor activity to support effective targeting and messaging.</li><li>
Track and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and provide reporting and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>
Test new content formats, marketing tools, and strategies to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.</li><li>

Requirements:

Qualifications:<ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or digital marketing.</li><li>
Professional experience in public relations and media relations, including outreach to publications, news, radio, or digital media outlets.</li><li>
Experience in tourism, hospitality, entertainment, or event-based industries.</li><li>
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.</li><li>
Experience creating or managing social media content and audience growth strategies.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>
Experience producing short-form video or digital content for social platforms.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience supporting or executing integrated marketing campaigns.</li><li>
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.</li><li>
Experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and social platform insights.</li><li>
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
