 We&rsquo;re looking for a talented
 
 2D Animator
 
 , responsible for creating realistic and highly stylized animations for a new mobile game that will be played by millions of people around the world. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment with some of the most creative minds in the industry. As a 2D Game Animator, you will be working closely with Artists and Engineers to bring game items (such as characters, backgrounds and game assets) to life in a 2-Dimension game environment. Alongside our games, you will be growing as an artist and as a team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Creating 2D animations for stylized characters and items
 </li>
 <li>
 Create animations and effects for UI elements and game assets, including icons, pop-ups, buttons, backgrounds, and menus
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with the engineering and technical artistry team in order to create 2D Particle FX in Unity
 </li>
 <li>
 Editing animated assets in Unity and Spine
 </li>
 <li>
 Working together with the team to envision and iterate animations
 </li>
 <li>
 Growing and fostering a user-oriented design culture
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with bone and spritesheet animation style (especially using Spine)
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with graphic design, fine arts, illustration, or visual arts
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of digital visualization tools (i.e. Spine, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
 </li>
 <li>
 Unity work experience or ability to undergo Unity training. Knowledge in writing shaders and scripts in Unity is a big plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic skills necessary to make modifications of game assets
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of processes, pipelines, and best practices for 2D animation production
 </li>
 <li>
 A keen eye for color harmonies, lighting, perspective, and materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Process and methods for optimizing assets for mobile device
 </li>

 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Constantly brainstorm and help create engaging and sticky game features and content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Using process management tools to ensure different team functions are on track towards a unified product development schedule and cycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Test ongoing tasks and features to ensure the standard quality standards are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working with growth and data teams closely to interpret analyzed data and make meaningful conclusions about the product roadmap &amp; new feature-set.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working closely with the head of studio, to help set the strategic roadmap for the games and execute on the developed strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help manage the entire game development cycle, from creative concepts to publishing and then live operations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 University/Bachelors Degree
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience in product management with mobile casual games from concept to launch with involvement in all aspects of the development cycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 An analytical mindset and excellent problem solving skills to make data-driven decisions about the game.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in rapid prototyping and visualization of concepts prior to development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to communicate effectively, plan and organize work activities, analyze the information, and manage work time efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of written English.
 </li>
