About the Project:
We are partnering with a leading government entity on a large-scale national recruitment initiative. As part of this project, we are seeking experienced recruiters to join under an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model. 
The selected recruiters will play a critical role in managing end-to-end hiring across multiple departments, covering specialized, managerial, and senior-level positions.
Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>
Manage the full recruitment cycle &mdash; from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding.
</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal HR teams and department heads to understand workforce needs and deliver effective talent solutions.
</li><li>Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for high-demand and niche roles.
</li><li>Ensure alignment with the entity&rsquo;s internal recruitment and assessment framework.
</li><li>Track and report progress using defined recruitment metrics and dashboards.
</li><li>Deliver high-quality outcomes against the following KPIs:
</li><li><ul><li>Time to Fill
</li><li>Quality of Hire
</li><li>SLA Compliance
</li><li>Internal Client Satisfaction</li>
</ul></li>
</ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within government or large-scale corporate environments.
</li><li>Proven success managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders under structured RPO or high-volume hiring models.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment techniques.
</li><li>Bilingual proficiency (Arabic &amp; English) is mandatory.
</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
</li><li>Saudi nationals are preferred; however, qualified non-Saudi professionals may be considered if local candidates are unavailable.</li></ul></div>

Recruiter (RPO Model) - Government Project

<div>Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>
Design, develop, and customize front-end themes and modules to align with business requirements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with functional consultants, back-end developers, and project managers during the Odoo upgrade process.</li>
<li>Implement responsive and dynamic user interfaces with strong attention to UX/UI best practices.</li>
<li>Optimize web applications for performance, security, and scalability.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues efficiently.</li>
<li>Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.</li>
<li>Stay up to date with Latest Odoo Enteprirse features and emerging front-end technologies.</li><li>
Ability to customize QWeb and Dynamic reports in Odoo 18 enterprise.
</li></ul>
Proficient in developing custom widgets using the latest Odoo framework
Requirements<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</li>
<li>4-5 years of proven experience in Odoo front-end development.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, OWL (Odoo Web Library), latest odoo library.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, AJAX, and asynchronous programming.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.</li>
<li>Experience in UI/UX principles and building user-friendly interfaces.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul></div>
