 We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our clients. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing campaign performance, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 :

 <li>
 Manage day-to-day client communication and service delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and implement digital and social media strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Track campaign performance and generate insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Present reports, decks, and creative strategies to clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable social and digital strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, schedule, and oversee content calendars across social media platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with creative, media, and content teams to deliver on-brand, on-time campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze performance metrics and prepare insightful reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Present strategy decks, performance reviews, and creative concepts to clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 :
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 6months to 1year experience in client servicing/account management and social media handling in Digital Agency would be preferred.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills
 
 :
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of platforms like Meta, Instagram etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
 </li>
 </ul>
