For this specific role, we are looking for a creatively skilled Videographer/Photographer that can take control on site to direct &amp; capture images and moments of properties that will help our clients tell a story of homes and Real Estate agents alike. This person will be focused on providing world class media for properties being listed for sale all while being fun to be around to create lasting relationships. We provide best in class hands on training!We are looking for PART-TIME Media Specialists that will grow to Full-Time!The successful candidate will be able to achieve and demonstrate technical skills with modern camera and other equipment while having a fun outgoing personality others enjoy working with to be able to meet each project&rsquo;s needs and deadlines. Role and Responsibilities<ul><li>Respond to scheduled appointments with clients on time</li><li>Capture stunning media &amp; Build on Relationships</li><li>Expected to be Highly Communicative about bookings throughout the day with the team</li><li>Practice a high level of customer service with clients</li><li>Be very likable and fun to be around</li><li>Possess the ability to add Creative insights and suggestions in real time</li><li>Work with clients to capture images and videos to achieve desired results</li><li>Constantly elevate image and video quality through expanding knowledge and skillset</li><li>Use and maintain employer provided technical equipment (cameras, lenses, drone, etc)</li><li>Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to client specifications</li><li>Upload and File photographic images and videos within portal to be delivered to editing team</li><li>Maintain an in depth understanding of media best practices, procedures and trends</li><li>Willingness to be on camera for Team Content</li><li>Responsible for uploads at end of day.
