Position Overview: 
<ul>
<li>Perform live monitoring of trading activities</li>
<li>Use and improve tools to achieve best execution and post-execution analysis</li>
<li>Maintain and upgrade the configuration of strategies</li>
<li>Work with strategy owners on the trades, providing feedback and insights based on knowledge of market mechanics and liquidity</li>
<li>Ensure all required data and related processes are ready for the trading day</li>
<li>Monitor behavior and performance of strategies</li>
<li>Work on various longer-term projects required for expanding our systematic and discretionary trading activities</li>
<li>Manually execute trades for systematic and discretionary strategies on an ad hoc basis</li>
</ul>
 Required Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor s degree in science, engineering, computer science or related quantitative field</li>
<li>Programming proficiency with at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, C++, Java)</li>
<li>Experience in power or gas preferred but not required</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with teammates globally</li>
<li>Strong interest in finance and trading</li>
<li>Strong sense of urgency with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment</li>
</ul>
