SR Design Aesthetic is a renowned interior design firm based in Kolkata, we are looking for a creative Interior designer to work on both luxury residential and commercial projects.The successful candidate will have previous experience delivering high-end interior projects from building concept to project management skills.This is a great opportunity for a designer who is truly passionate about interior design to join a dynamic, growing firm.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Take client briefing, understand client needs and preferences and deliver design-led concept&middot; Work closely with the design team to conceptualize, plan and build the design presentations within the given deadline&middot; Must be an expert in AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp / 3Ds Max, PowerPoint presentation to create floor plans, elevations, sections, mood boards, concept boards, renderings and design panels.&middot; Will be a plus if the candidate knows InDesign&middot; Confidently work across all phases of the design process from producing detailed specifications, schedules, technical drawings, FF&amp;E and presentations that accurately communicate design intent and project requirements&middot; Provide creative and technical guidance to designers and support staff&middot; Attend site visits, meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and resolve design-related issues&middot; Manage multiple projects simultaneously&middot; Continuously research and stay updated on new design trends, technologies and materials&middot; Participate in business development activities, such as proposal writing, presentations and networking eventsRequirements:&middot; Bachelor's degree/Diploma (at least 2 years) in interior design&middot; At least 6 months of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio&middot; Excellent visualization and presentation skills&middot; Strong technical knowledge of construction, materials and finishes&middot; Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills&middot; Must have the eagerness to learn something new and build new concepts&middot; Should work from Studio.Apply with your CV &amp; portfolio at srdesignaestheticjobs@gmail.comJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, InternshipPay: &#8377;7,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Interior design: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 16/12/2024
