 What You&rsquo;ll D
 
 
 
 o&bull; Maintain and clean up accounting records for individual and business client
 
 
 s&bull; Serve as a primary day‑to‑day contact for client accounting need
 
 
 s&bull; Record financial activity and perform bank and credit card reconciliation
 
 
 s&bull; Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable workflow
 
 
 s&bull; Prepare journal entries and monthly/quarterly close activitie
 
 
 s&bull; Prepare and file sales tax returns and related reconciliation
 
 
 s&bull; Process payroll, payroll filings, and annual 1099
 
 
 s&bull; Compile annual income and expense summarie
 
 
 s&bull; Support clients with QuickBooks Online, integrations, and related accounting technolog
