Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist surgeons and anesthetists during cardiac and thoracic surgeries.</li><li>Prepare and maintain sterile surgical instruments and equipment in the OT.</li><li>Monitor patients&rsquo; vital signs and assist in post-operative recovery and stabilization in the ICU.</li><li>Administer medications and IV fluids as per physician orders.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records, including vital charts and progress notes.</li><li>Ensure infection control protocols and aseptic techniques are strictly followed.</li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.</li><li>Manage and handle emergency situations promptly and effectively.</li><li>Participate in staff training and continuous professional development programs.</li><li>Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate compassionate care at all times.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Education: B.Sc. WANTED STAFF NURSE

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate all activities of the Medical Records Department.</li><li>Maintain, update, and secure all inpatient and outpatient medical records.</li><li>Ensure timely filing, retrieval, and archiving of medical records.</li><li>Monitor and verify completeness of patient records before filing.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors and departments for completion of discharge summaries and reports.</li><li>Implement and ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and legal requirements related to medical records.</li><li>Manage indexing, numbering, and digital record-keeping systems.</li><li>Prepare statistical and analytical reports (admissions, discharges, deaths, etc.).</li><li>Supervise MRD staff and allocate daily work.</li><li>Handle medico-legal case documentation and coordinate with legal authorities when required.</li><li>Conduct regular audits of medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient-related information.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Medical Records Management, Health Information Management, or equivalent.</li><li>Certification in Health Information Management preferred.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in MRD, with at least 1&ndash;2 years in a supervisory role.</li><li>Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals preferred.</li></ul>MAIL ID : hr@abiramihospital.comcontact :9750972999Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
