You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and play a vital role in managing front office activities and administrative support for a real estate environment.Key Responsibilities:Front Office Management:<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.</li><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them appropriately.</li><li>Maintain a neat and organized reception area.</li><li>Schedule client appointments and manage meeting rooms.</li><li>Maintain visitor logs and manage access control.</li></ul>Administrative Support:<ul><li>Handle day-to-day office administration including stationery, courier, and housekeeping coordination.</li><li>Manage filing systems, documentation, and office records.</li><li>Support the sales and leasing teams with data entry, documentation, and report preparation.</li><li>Assist in preparing presentations, letters, and reports.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in any discipline.</li><li>Proven experience as a front office executive or administrative assistant, preferably in the real estate sector.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Professional attitude, appearance, and customer-focused approach.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of real estate documentation processes.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools and basic accounting software.</li></ul>Email resumes to hr@sreenivasaminfra.comJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
