Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Site Supervisor cum Engineer to oversee the construction site operations, ensure the implementation of engineering designs, and manage the day-to-day activities of the site. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in civil engineering, construction management, and site supervision.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Site Supervision:</li><li>Oversee daily construction operations and ensure smooth execution of activities on-site.</li><li>Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.</li><li>Supervise labor and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and high-quality work.</li><li>Regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with site staff, project managers, and clients.</li><li>Engineering Duties:</li><li>Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for technical aspects of the project.</li><li>Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.</li><li>Provide technical advice and resolve engineering issues on-site.</li><li>Conduct structural inspections and report on any discrepancies or challenges.</li><li>Ensure that the required materials are on-site, manage material delivery, and maintain stock levels.</li><li>Safety &amp; Compliance:</li><li>Implement safety protocols and ensure that all safety measures are followed by the workers.</li><li>Monitor compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.</li><li>Prepare safety reports and conduct safety meetings with the team.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Maintain records of site activities, labor, materials, and progress.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on the status of the project, issues, and milestones.</li><li>Submit daily and weekly progress reports to the project manager or senior engineers.</li><li>Coordination:</li><li>Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues.</li><li>Attend regular project meetings and provide updates on-site progress.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers for technical inputs and modifications as required.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Educational Qualifications:</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>3-5 years of experience in construction site supervision and project engineering.</li><li>Experience in managing civil construction projects and site execution.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering, construction management, and site operations.</li><li>Excellent leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical documents.</li><li>Good understanding of safety protocols and regulations.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with building construction, industrial projects, or infrastructure projects.</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software is a plus.</li><li>Certification in Safety Management or similar will be an advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
