JOB OVERVIEWThe Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, and purchasing materials, supplies, and services required by the organization. The role ensures timely procurement at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards and strong vendor relationships.JOB DESCRIPTION <ul><li>Raise Purchase Requests (PRs) and generate Purchase Orders (POs) through Odoo ERP</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities in Odoo ERP, including POs, invoice.</li><li>Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary</li><li>Vendor Management</li><li>Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers</li><li>Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately</li><li>Monitor vendor performance and maintain a vendor database within Odoo ERP.</li><li>Monitor market trends and material price fluctuations.</li><li>Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong vendor management and negotiation skills</li><li>Procurement processes</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/purchase software (Odoo)</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or related field.</li><li>1+ years of experience in procurement/purchasing</li><li>Odoo ERP knowledge (Purchase/Inventory modules) preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
